- 12 small slices of brie
- 1 garlic head
- Truffle honey
- ¾ c. dried cherries, rehydrated
- Olive oil
- 12 slices baguette bread-1/2” slices
- Slice off the top of the garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 deg. for 45 mins. or until cloves are soft. Take out cloves from skin.
- In the meantime, rehydrate the cherries by soaking them in warm water for 15 minutes.
- Slice baguette and toast in a 375 deg. oven until browned and crisped, about 5 mins.
- Warm brie in oven on a plate or flat pan until just barely melted, 1-2 mins.
- Spread garlic on baguette, top with brie and cherries, and drizzle lightly with truffle honey.
